"Discover the Prepaid Touch"
I point out that both Pay by Touch and our "strategic partner" Discover have yet to "aggressively" pursue either the PrePaid Debit Market nor the Payroll Card market. I write about an idea I had on how can we propel ourselves into this industry and make a humble attempt to generally explain how to accomplish it. The gist of the idea involved Paycheck Secure's Payroll Check Cashing Program and a potential PBT Payroll Card program. Comments, Questions and/or Criticisms are welcome and may be e-mailed here.
